We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter for borivali location who is passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities. You’ll play a key role in driving our hiring process, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire the best candidates for various roles.
Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and create engaging job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Support onboarding and joining formalities when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (technical/non-technical).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with sourcing tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
