Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT Recruitment)
Location: Chennai – Work from Office

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong sourcing skills, an understanding of technical roles, and the ability to identify and engage top IT talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions — from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (e.g., developers, testers, network engineers, DevOps).
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
