Job Description Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT Recruitment) Location: Chennai – Work from Office Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong sourcing skills, an understanding of technical roles, and the ability to identify and engage top IT talent in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions — from job posting to offer negotiation. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical fit and cultural alignment. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (e.g., developers, testers, network engineers, DevOps). Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.
