HR Recruiter

Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving the recruitment process and managing the end-to-end hiring process. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and the company. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining recruitment tracking reports, and collaborating with the GM and HR Manager to meet staffing needs and drive organizational growth. Additionally, you will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process efficiently. - Schedule interviews based on the availability of interviewers and candidates. - Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates. - Track and maintain recruitment reports and updates for GM/HR Manager. - Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. - Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in recruitment or HR role. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Knowledge of legal regulations related to recruitment. - Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment records.
