Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels(Job Portals, linkedin etc)
Conduct interviews , Background screening , and orientation
Shortlisted the Candidates.
Build a candidate relationships.
Follow up with candidate and company.

Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified to meet company demands.
