We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical roles, and a solid understanding of the IT industry and technology stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria and position requirements.
· Source qualified candidates through job portals like Naukri, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
· Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, fitment, and expectations.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams and hiring managers.
· Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
· Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and feedback loops.
