We’re now looking to strengthen our business development efforts by hiring a dynamic Marketing Executive who can bring in new clients, especially from a consulting or solution-selling background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Promote software products and IT services to business clients (SMEs, corporates, consultants, agencies).
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to generate business leads.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
• Plan and execute lead generation and marketing campaigns in the local region.
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
• Maintain client database and prepare weekly marketing reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or business development, preferably from a consultancy, IT solutions, or B2B services background.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand software solutions and pitch them effectively to clients.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales/marketing targets.
• Good local network and familiarity with the Kolkata market.
• Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in a consulting firm or IT/Software company.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
