Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help people find careers they love, we’d like to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the hiring needs of different departments
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and applications
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in onboarding and documentation
