Job Summary

HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback
Follow up with candidates until offer acceptance and joining
Prepare and assist with offer letters and on-boarding documentation
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate data, and reports
Meet monthly hiring targets as assigned

Required Skills:

No Freshers
Minimum
3 months
in
recruitment is Mandate
.
Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Good communication skills.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
Any Degree with recruitment experience
MBA Interns
with good communication can apply.
