HR Project Manger

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver HR projects (e.g., recruitment drives, policy development, employee engagement programs, HR technology implementation, training & development initiatives).
• Work closely with HR leadership to align project goals with organizational strategy.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement best practices for HR project management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Drive change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new HR systems and policies.
• Analyze project outcomes, provide recommendations, and continuously improve HR project strategies.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
