Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and team management processes* Coordinate internal project timelines, tasks, and deliverables* Maintain and organize project and HR documentation* Act as a point of contact for client communication and updates* Analyze workflows and support in enhancing productivity and workplace cultureSkills Required:
* Strong client interaction and relationship-building skills* Excellent English communication - spoken and written* Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or project tools (Trello/ClickUp/Asana)* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities* Hindi speaking skills are a plusQualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field* 0-1 year of experience in HR, operations, or project coordination* Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to applyWhat You'll Gain:
