As an HR Professional, you will hold a full-time on-site position at our SAS Nagar, Mohali location. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid background in recruitment and staffing, as well as proficiency in employee relations and conflict resolution. Your expertise in training and development, coupled with a sound understanding of performance management practices, will be crucial. Additionally, a working knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential for this position. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for success in this role.
