Naresh IT is hiring for HR Placement Officer ,Should handle complete IT placement drives for Naresh IT Students. Getting in touch with HR from top corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie up for Naresh IT student placements. Responsible for End to end Corporate Recruitment cycle. Responsibilities Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability for open positions. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
