HR-Placement Officer

dynamic and result-oriented HR – Placement Officer

• Identify and onboard

  software company clients

  for fresher and experienced hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain

  strong relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers

  from reputed MNCs and IT companies.
• Coordinate

  end-to-end placement activities

  , including candidate profiling, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Ensure

  effective communication and client success management

  throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Guide and prepare candidates on

  technical interviews, HR rounds, resume building, and corporate etiquette

  .
• Train and mentor students on

  placement guidelines, interview readiness, and professional communication

  .
• Maintain accurate

  placement records, MIS reports, and placement dashboards

  .
• Work closely with trainers, counselors, and management to meet

  monthly placement targets

  .

• 2–5 years

  of experience as an

  HR / Placement Officer

  (Education / Training Institute preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes

  .
• Proven ability in

  client acquisition and relationship management

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

  .
• Experience in placing candidates with

  reputed MNCs and IT companies

  .
• Ability to guide

  freshers and trainees

  effectively.
