Payroll and HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
end-to-end payroll management
ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Lead
implementation and integration of SuccessFactors
modules, ensuring smooth adoption and process alignment.
Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance, benefits administration, and exit settlements.
Ensure smooth functioning and optimization of
SAP HCM & SuccessFactors
for payroll and HR operations.
Partner with finance and compliance teams to ensure statutory filings, tax deductions, PF, ESIC, and other obligations are met.
Develop and monitor HR operations dashboards and MIS for leadership reporting.
Standardize HR processes and ensure adherence to policies and internal controls.
Lead HR digitization initiatives, process automation, and continuous improvement in operations.
Manage vendor relationships (payroll vendors, benefit administrators) and ensure SLA adherence.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR operations team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in human resources, Finance, or related field.
10–15 years of experience in
HR Payroll & Operations
, preferably in large-scale organizations.
Hands-on expertise in
SAP HCM
and
SuccessFactors implementation
(minimum 1–2 cycles).
Strong knowledge of HR processes, Indian labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership abilities.
