This role involves reaching out to potential clients, coordinating with existing clients, and helping generate new business leads. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients across industries. Initiate outreach via email, and LinkedIn to present our recruitment services. Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the Business Development team. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and client interactions. Support lead generation and nurturing activities in collaboration with senior team members. Required Skills: Comfortable using email, Excel, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools.
