HR Operations Specialist

You will be joining Hitachi Digital, a leading company in the digital transformation field and a rapidly growing division of the Hitachi Group. As a key player in the company's strategy to establish itself as a premier global entity in the dynamic digital transformation market, you will be instrumental in driving the organization's success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle from hiring to retirement, showcasing a strong grasp of HR processes and standard operating procedures. Your duties will involve handling queries on the Case management tool, while effectively communicating with employees, managers, and other HR colleagues. By collaborating closely with the HR Community and Centers of Excellence (COEs), you will actively contribute to enhancing departmental operations and providing first-level support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries. To excel in this position, you should possess a Graduate/MBA qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an HR Shared Services function. Candidates with familiarity with Workday and Service Now Applications will be given preference. Furthermore, strong IT skills, specifically in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are essential for this role. Your ability to exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines will play a vital role in your success.
