Learn more at https://www.avaya.com Job Information Job Code: 00177682 Job Family: Human Resources Job Function: HR Operations About The Opportunity The HR Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing daily tasks related to the GenAI Tool and various HR operations activities. In this role, you will: Manage and resolve case management tickets efficiently. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate responses. Handle employee documents within the document management system, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. Identify trends in the tickets and provide insights to improve processes. Share detailed ticket usage analysis with the team to support decision-making. Assist with various HR operations activities as needed. Administer the HR Policy Portal and update HR policies on Currents. Support the execution of all GenAI modules. Assist in testing new AI Modules About You Excellent communication skills should be able to interact with all departments and business partners. Ability to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all employee data, ensuring all records and information remain secure. Hands-on experience through projects, internships, or work experience in AI-related roles. Experience in a shared service environment with knowledge of any AI tools will be a plus. Analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support HR operations effectively. Team player with a willingness to assist wherever needed. Ability to quickly learn and accurately complete complex processes. Graduation degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, is preferred.
