We're thrilled to announce 1 opening in our HR Department !!!

Role : HR Officer/ Sr. Officer

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, LinkedIn, and campus hiring.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws during hiring.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 1 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the HR industry.
Strong knowledge of pharma job roles and functions across departments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
