Your role will involve ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, handling administrative tasks efficiently, and managing employee relations effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund. The schedule for this role includes day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. In addition to the regular salary, you will also be eligible for a yearly bonus based on performance. The work location for this role is in person, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with employees and stakeholders.
