About The Opportunity Position Summary Benefits Admin Activities Providing employee data (Joining and Separation) to the Insurer and other 3rd parties on timely basis Resolving employee queries related to the different Insurance policies. Guiding employees for the Insurance claim purpose. Data Management - Maintaining & Updating data on regular basis. Coordinating with Finance team for Invoice payment. Effective coordination with all the stake holders and the Insurers. Supporting team during Annual Insurance renewals and as and when required. Here's what you'll need Graduation Degree is a must Additional course in Human Resource Management would be an added advantage. Experience Total experience of 4 to 6 years. Proficiency in Computers is essential. Good Communication / Interpersonal skills. Experience of SAP, Oracle will be preferred.
