HR & Office Assistant Intern

You are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR & Office Assistant Intern to support your team in day-to-day operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **HR Support:** - Assist in recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). - Maintain employee records and update HR databases. - Support in onboarding and induction processes. - Assist in drafting HR policies and employee engagement activities. - **Office Assistance:** - Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and filing. - Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors. - Assist in organizing meetings, seminars, and training sessions. - Provide support to management and other team members as required. **Requirements:** - Pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
