Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel information with accuracy.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, leave, recruitment status, etc.).
  • Handle data extraction, analysis, and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
  • Coordinate with HR teams for data collection and validation across payroll, attendance, and recruitment modules.
  • Manage and monitor HRIS/HRMS systems, ensuring smooth functioning and timely updates.
  • Assist in preparing dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports for management review.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
  • Identify gaps in data, highlight discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as required by HR and management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and follow data security protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,959.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
