Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident, smart, and well-presented HR & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a dual-role position requiring strong communication, marketing mindset, and office management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline/online)
• Maintain office records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies and handle administrative tasks
• Support social media and brand promotion efforts
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain a positive company image

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Good communication skills and pleasing personality
• Well-organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Must be willing to work from the office (Kharkhana, Secunderabad)
• Female candidates preferred for front-facing roles

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 (Based on experience and interview performance)
