Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete HR lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, statutory compliance, and exit process Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals Support workforce planning, training, and development strategies Ensure smooth coordination between departments for HR-related matters Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management Drive initiatives for performance management, appraisals, and retention Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
