Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business unit leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including records management
  • Own the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, learning & development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Champion organizational culture and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Design and lead change management strategies to support business transformation and scaling.
  • Monitor HR metrics and develop data-driven solutions to improve processes and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top technical talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies across the organization.
  • Manage conflict resolution, employee grievances, and employee relations tactfully.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to managers and employees on people matters.
  • Hands on experience with various recruitment tools, selection processes, reference check etc.
  • Responsible for campus hiring from Technical and Management institutes and colleges.
  • Always ready with the active pipeline for key positions.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual hiring report and dashboard in Atlas
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ensuring Application Tracking System is up to date
  • Competitors and Industry bench marking analysis on half yearly basis and report to be shared with the Management.
  • Ensuring high conversion ratio and zero default hiring
  • Employee engagement and maintaining healthy employee relations
  • Facilitating retaining key people in the system.
  • Candidate must possess good listening skills, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill, Quick learner and Team handling ability.
  • Hands on experience in HR Ops like PMS, Grievance handling, other employee benefits like Mediclaim etc., Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Takes initiative to involve with different teams to get updates for an employee life cycle in organization.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in progressive HR leadership roles in IT/software for Corporate.
  • Strong understanding of HRBP frameworks, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Hands-on experience in building high-performance teams and developing leadership pipelines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management and Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and support senior leadership with confidence.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using HR data/metrics for decision-making.
  • Sound knowledge of HR compliance, labor law, and HR systems.
  • Strong and familiar with various tools.
  • Must have strong convincing skills and Strong Team Player.
  • MBA in HR to be preferred only.
  • Domain knowledge, Volume hiring, Sourcing & recruitment, Portal Search.
