HR Manager(Hospital Industry)

As an HR Manager at our hospital, your role will involve sourcing, hiring, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and technicians. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the hospital's objectives. Your duties will include managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for medical, paramedical, and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with labour laws, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Source, hire, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals. - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures. - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations. - Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Conduct training programs to improve staff skills and patient care standards. - Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. - Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. - Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. Qualifications Required: - Total experience of 5 years (Preferred) - Recruitment experience of 5 years (Preferred) - Onboarding experience of 5 years (Preferred) - Legal compliance experience of 5 years (Preferred) Please note that this position is based in Malad. Are you comfortable with this location Working hours are from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm, six days a week (Monday to Saturday). After a year, you will be eligible for bonuses and paid leaves. This is a full-time role that requires in-person work at the hospital.,
