Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to align HR initiatives with the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive, preferably in manufacturing or apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
