Educational qualification: Any Graduate, MBA, MSW ( HR)

Experience: 2 +years as an HR Generalist

Skills required:

· 3+ Years work experience as an HR.

· Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.

· Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.

· Good English knowledge & communication skill

Job description :-

Roles & Responsibilities

· Must have strong recruiting experience through various job portals i.e., Naukri, Indeed , LinkedIn .

· Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.

· Orientating new employees and training existing employees.

· Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.

· Overseeing Every Month Payroll process, ESI & PF and other statutory documents.

· Implementing systematic staff development procedures.

· Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.

· Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in HRIS.
