We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Trivandrum. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce by attracting the best talent and nurturing their growth.

The Role

As the HR Manager, you will lead our talent acquisition and employee development initiatives. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle and for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of our team, ensuring the high standards of the Planet Jewel brand are met in every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions, including showroom staff, designers, artisans, and corporate roles.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.

Conduct in-depth interviews and manage the selection process to ensure the hiring of top-tier candidates.

Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture.

Training & Development

Identify training needs across the organization through performance analysis and consultation with department heads.

Design and deliver engaging training modules focused on product knowledge, luxury sales techniques, customer service excellence, and company policies.

Develop and implement a comprehensive new-hire orientation and ongoing training programs.

Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record specifically in recruitment and training & development.

Industry Preference: Experience in the retail, luxury goods, or jewelry industry is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Malayalam.

Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate effective training programs.

Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
