You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. This includes overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, from job postings to applicant screening, interviewing, and selection. Your knowledge in job portals, professional networks, and social media advertisement will be essential for this role. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also oversee performance evaluations, support HR matters like performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Providing feedback and coaching to employees when necessary is part of your responsibilities. You will conduct regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. It will also be your responsibility to manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives is crucial. You may be required to lead or participate in special projects as assigned by senior management. Furthermore, you will build and implement new employee engagement activities that align with organizational goals and are cost-effective. Qualifications required for this role include a PG degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field. The job type is regular/permanent, and the work location is Trivandrum. The salary offered is 35,000 per month. Please note that willingness to travel to other branches is a requirement for this position. The benefits include Provident Fund, and the work location is in person.
