Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to handle HR operations for our construction sites and factory unit in Tirupur. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and experience in payroll, muster roll, and licensing related to the construction/manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations across construction and factory units
• Maintain payroll, attendance, and muster roll
• Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements
• Manage all licenses and approvals related to factory and construction work
• Liaison with labour authorities and government departments
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and worker welfare (food, stay, etc.)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience in construction or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, CLRA, etc.
• Local candidate preferred (must speak Tamil)
• Ability to manage both site and office HR tasks
• Graduate in HR / Business / Law or related field
