HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate onboarding.
  • Manage Employee Lifecycle

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Create and implement employee engagement programs.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work culture.

Performance Management:

  • Develop performance appraisal systems and ensure timely reviews.
  • Work closely with department heads to set performance benchmarks.

Training & Development:

  • Identify employee training needs and organize skill development programs.
  • Conduct workshops on HR best practices, company policies, and career growth.

HR Operations & Policy Management:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Continuously update HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
