HR Manager Design & Build & IT Development

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for:
    • Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, Site Engineers
    • IT Developers, QA, Product & Support teams
  • Coordinate manpower planning with department heads
  • Drive structured onboarding and induction programs

HR Operations & HRMS / ERP

  • Manage HRMS / ERP modules (attendance, leave, employee data)
  • Maintain accurate HR records and dashboards
  • Ensure smooth coordination with payroll and finance teams

Performance Management & KPIs

  • Implement KPI-based performance appraisal systems
  • Drive periodic reviews, goal setting, and feedback cycles
  • Support promotion, incentive, and career progression frameworks

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Execute employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Promote a performance-driven and ethical work culture

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs
  • Support leadership development and succession planning

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour)
  • Maintain statutory records and support audits/inspections

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in salary structuring and benchmarking
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and insurance administration

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, performance)
  • Provide insights to management for strategic decisions
