Principal Accountability Responsible to pass all buyer compliance audits without any compliance issues and maintain all records/documents as per the buyer requirements. Responsible for the overall payroll administration, bonus and Leave encashment payouts. Responsible for administration of time office, canteen , Guest House, security and transport facilities in the factory. Recruitment of workers and staff below level Grade II as per the approved manpower list. Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations like ESI, PF, LWF Returns, Insurance policies, Gratuity, and medical cover etc for the employees. Responsible for the full and final settlement of the employees. Liasoning with the government agencies and other statutory bodies. Responsible for the perforamance appraisal of the workers and their salary revision. Maintenance and Submission of registers as per the requirement of labour legislations . Responsible for handling employee grievances, couseling them and resolving other employee issues. Responsible to organise employee welfare programs for motivating the employees. Principal Authority Control of all statutory records. Authorised to select and recruit skilled workers in consulataion with the HODs as per the requirement. Authorised to monitor leave ,long leaves , late coming etc of employees. Authorised to handle employee grievances and worker issues.
