HR Manager

As a Plant Manager at Collagen, you will be responsible for leading the Collagen Marine, Fish Meal, and Fish Oil production facility located in Kozhikode. Your main focus will be on overseeing the daily operations to ensure optimal performance in production, quality, and safety standards for our specialized marine products. It is important to note that accommodation facilities will be provided, and the manager is required to stay on-site. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing all plant operations related to marine raw materials and finished products such as collagen, fish meal, and fish oil. You will drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to enhance output and minimize waste. Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations specific to marine products will be crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to champion a strong safety culture throughout the facility, manage the plant budget, optimize resource utilization, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Mentoring and developing the plant team to create a high-performance environment will also be part of your role. Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards is essential.
