Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project managers and teams in ensuring smooth project execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, looking to grow their project management skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and deliverables.
Identify and escalate issues or risks that may impact project outcomes.
Support in resource allocation and team coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

6 months of experience is a plus .
Bachelors in computer science and project related field.
