We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of developing a vibrant and skilled workforce. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with AICTE norms and standards. Your key responsibilities will include leading the recruitment and selection process for faculty and staff, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee onboarding and training programs, managing employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in educational institutions or similar environments. Knowledge of AICTE norms, regulations, and guidelines related to faculty recruitment is mandatory. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications is required. A Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential, along with additional certifications in HR management or AICTE-related courses being an advantage.
