Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles including sales, construction, legal, and support functions.
  • • Develop job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • • Plan and execute smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

2. Performance Management

  • • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (e.g., KRAs, KPIs).
  • • Guide managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and reviews.
  • • Identify high performers and succession planning opportunities.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • • Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.
  • • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • • Monitor employee satisfaction and address grievances proactively.

4. Learning & Development

  • • Identify training needs based on skill gaps.
  • • Coordinate workshops, external training, and internal development sessions.
  • • Track training effectiveness and ROI.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS systems, and documentation.
  • • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.

6. Policy Development

  • • Draft, review, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with industry standards.
  • • Ensure all employees are educated about policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • • 58 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
  • • Knowledge of HRMS, labor laws, and real estate work culture.
  • • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • • Ability to manage a diverse workforce including site staff, sales teams, and office personnel.

  • • Experience in handling real estate sales or construction teams.
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
