Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

Design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, social media posts, advertisements, banners, and more.

• Create motion video graphics for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visual content that aligns with the branding and objectives of real estate projects.
• Develop creative concepts for branding campaigns, property launches, and other marketing events.
• Design layouts and visual content for property presentations, floor plans, and project visualizations.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the companys image in the real estate market.
• Edit and animate videos, integrating graphics, animations, and footage.
• Stay updated with design trends, especially within the real estate sector.
• Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion video graphics, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Experience in creating and editing motion graphics and video content.
• Understanding of real estate branding and marketing strategies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related design and motion graphics work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Skills Required

• Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max) is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design for real estate websites and apps.
• Familiarity with video shooting techniques is an added advantage.
