Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to manage and develop high-performance, scalable web applications for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration, robust functionality, and a user-friendly experience. Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and applications tailored for real estate projects. Implement user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Front-End Development: Develop responsive UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js) . Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Create interactive dashboards and property listings with advanced search filters. Back-End Development: Build and maintain robust APIs and database structures using Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java . Manage data handling for real estate inventory, leads, and transactions. Implement secure, scalable systems to handle property databases. Database Management: Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Ensure data integrity and manage property-related data repositories. SEO & Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for search engines (SEO best practices) and improve load times. Integrate real estate portals (e.g., MagicBricks, 99acres) via APIs for listings and lead capture. System Integration: Integrate third-party CRM systems and payment gateways. Ensure seamless synchronization between digital marketing platforms and the website. Collaboration & Project Management: Work with marketing, design, and business teams to align with project goals. Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple real estate projects.
