Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences for mobile and desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop/web applications
Create user flows, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Use tools like Figma and InVision to design, prototype, and collaborate with stakeholders
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs
Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards
Ensure designs meet accessibility (ADA) and usability best practices
Iterate designs based on data, user feedback, and technical constraints
