Job Description

As an HR professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. You will play a key role in bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other issues that may arise. Additionally, you will manage the recruitment and selection process to support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy. - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. - Manage the recruitment and selection process. - Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. - Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. - Assess training needs and monitor training programs. - Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management. - Maintain HR records and reports in compliance with legal requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases. - Ability to architect strategy with leadership skills. - Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels. - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. - Degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA in HR is a plus). Please note that this is a full-time position with a night shift schedule and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
