Job Description

Dear Candidate, An urgent opportunity has arisen for the position of HR Manager in a leading Retail Industry based in Madurai. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for various key functions within the organization. Your primary roles and responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees by managing joining formalities, induction processes, and issuing appointment letters. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing induction training to all new joiners, maintaining employee databases, and keeping track of employee files. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare various management information system (MIS) reports, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with legal requirements related to HR practices. Employee engagement activities will also fall under your purview, and you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with benefits such as life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts and morning shifts, with the possibility of receiving a performance bonus based on your contributions.
