As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. You will also implement HR policies, performance management, and appraisal systems to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Additionally, driving employee engagement, retention, and learning initiatives will be a crucial part of your role. You will be required to coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy to support the company's growth.
