HR Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals, supporting workforce needs, and driving growth. You will manage the entire hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding, and develop programs for employee training, engagement, and retention. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and handling disciplinary actions to foster a positive work environment. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, coordinating health, safety, and wellness programs, and overseeing performance appraisal systems will also be part of your role. You will maintain accurate HR records, manage HR metrics, and provide reports to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals - Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention programs - Act as a liaison for employee and labor relations - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and coordinate safety programs - Oversee performance appraisal systems and talent development - Maintain accurate HR records and provide management reports Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities - In-depth knowledge of labor law and best HR practices - Experience using HR systems and databases - People-oriented, results-driven, with conflict management skills Additional Company Details: Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits are provided.
