Manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks. Conduct site visits to ensure product satisfaction and monitor usage. Customer support and coordination: Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical and non-technical queries. Finalize sales orders and ensure accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams like logistics and production to ensure timely delivery. Market intelligence and reporting: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. Administrative and support tasks: Maintain accurate customer databases and CRM systems.
