Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager HR Delivery in Global HRSS at Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in leading the HR Shared Services team supporting Japan operations. Your responsibilities will include enhancing HR service delivery, driving operational excellence, and fostering strategic collaboration with Fujitsu Japan HR stakeholders. Your exceptional leadership capabilities and track record in client relationship management will be key in implementing continuous improvements in a global HR shared services environment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison for Fujitsu Japan HR team and stakeholders, developing robust relationships and ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic objectives. - Lead HR service delivery for a team of 25+ Japanese bilingual professionals, ensuring high-quality service, operational excellence, and implementing performance monitoring systems for SLA adherence. - Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, and design strategic development plans to enhance team capabilities. - Spearhead process optimization initiatives, manage resource allocation and utilization efficiently, and oversee financial governance for projects including POs, SOWs, and budgets. Qualifications & Skills: - 12+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior managerial role within shared services/global HR. - Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills. - Extensive experience working with Japanese clients/stakeholders; proficiency in Japanese language is highly desirable. - In-depth knowledge of HR service delivery models, process governance, SLA management, and strategic financial governance. - Outstanding leadership, coaching, mentoring capabilities, strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.,
