Job Description

HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions of the hotel, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures the hotel maintains a productive, motivated, and compliant workforce aligned with the company’s values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.
  • Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain updated manpower records and organizational charts.

2. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and implement training programs for all levels.
  • Coordinate with department heads for skill enhancement and service excellence training.
  • Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.

3. Employee Relations:

  • Maintain a positive and harmonious work environment across all departments.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly.
  • Drive employee engagement and welfare activities to enhance morale and retention.

4. Performance Management:

  • Oversee implementation of appraisal systems and performance evaluations.
  • Guide HODs in setting KPIs and monitoring employee performance.
  • Recommend promotions, transfers, and succession planning based on merit and performance.

5. Statutory Compliance & HR Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.).
  • Maintain all HR documentation, employee records, and statutory registers.
  • Update and implement HR policies in line with corporate and legal standards.

6. Payroll & Administration:

  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing in coordination with Finance.
  • Manage employee benefits, insurance, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and communication across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
