Screening Resumes and Job Applications
Telephonic Screening
Source candidates from various online portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Hirect, Glassdoor, Freshersworld, etc).
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Nurture a positive working environment
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Having experience in IT Company is preferred
Experience Required:- 2 years (Minimum)
Educational/Qualification:- Graduate, Post Graduate
Salary Range:- Flexible depends upon the candidature
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
